F.F.A 2008 Small Sided Games Initiative

In 2007, Football Federation of Australia (FFA) released the National Football Development Plan, in which a key initiative of the staged implementation of small-sided games (SSG) was introduced.  In Queensland, commencing in 2008, a nationally consistent format of SSG will be introduced as the standard football format for children between six and eight years of age.
